The base defines the key, placeholder, tag and plural contract.

Base locale One JSON or exactly two-column CSV file. A CSV key can be an RFC 6901 pointer such as /checkout/title, or one literal key. Target locales Choose 1–30 locales. Total locale input is limited to 60 MiB. Optional source ZIP Searches JS, TS, HTML and framework source for quoted literal keys. Code is never run.
